I don't get it either. If this were a guy, we'd be ragging on him about how bad he sucks. But since it's a mildy attractive (young) girl, everyone's drooling. Don't get me wrong, I don't think she sucks at all, and the tone was fine, but what's the big deal? Older dudes gushing over vids like this is a bit creepy imho.

IMO the big deal is this: She is a young girl that not only plays good, she is playing music not from her generation but from the golden age of metal. To me this is yet another example of why that music will live forever while other genre's and eras will wither and die.

If you have not already and can spare a couple minutes of your time check out some of here other videos. She has much better than this IMO. I mean how polished and refined do you want to sound when you are covering Motorhead! Some of here playing is extremely good, don't take this wrong but maybe your such a proficiently talented player that your view is skewed of others not as accomplished. Go watch her shred the solos on her Mr. Crowley video and then tell me how many on here would be ripping on her if she was a guy.

Ok. I get it now. That WAS impressive. Sorry if I offended anyone with my opinion.

If this were "a guy" on this forum there would be hi-fives and ass-slappin' galore. Her playing is tight and transitions and overall playing are effortless.

I've seen a few of her vids and she rocks. One of the reasons I like her playing is that she's not too precise. Like the Mr Crowley vid, She plays it like she wrote it. She was rocking it and chewing gum. Tone was right on for Motorhead and better than Randys tone (IMO) in the Ozzy video.
