Ahhhh, I recall briefly visiting a Trader Joes during the peak of the covid BS. There was a line 100 ft out the door and the door chick informed me there was a 45 minute wait to get inside for limited shopping. Those masked weenies were ENJOYING that like it was some kind of adventure where they get to exercise control over others and project their covid righteousness. I'm sure at least 2 were TGP mods and others were TGP serfs.

That's a classic line of TGP stupidity. One of the few gigs I've ever walked away from was during SXSW. The club failed to have the backline when I arrived. They had someone bringing it last minute and told me the amp was a princeton reverb. I told them "just don't worry about it" and they paid for my parking and I left.

I think I just don't like some who like to tell others what to use and can't understand or accept differing opinions. I want to see what works for others, but I also know that it may not work for me.

For example I built my friend's pedalboard for him and he uses a pedalboard switcher. It works great for him. To me it adds space, weight, and complexity. But this is real life so we can respect each other's opinion. On TGP I would be told I am wrong and need to get with the program. And my response would be I don't want to program the switcher, lol.

It's crazy because it's that way with a TON of internet guitar battles, but TGP feels like the worst because it's like a hive mind where everyone plays either worship music or is a high school jazz band teacher, and that's IT
