Cool RacerX meets steel panther vibes (since these guys were so over the top trying to look the part).
But hella good chops. One of them did a demo for ESP USA eclipse that has some good playing on it as well.

Saw them live opening for AC/DC at around 2015-2016 or so and their playing was very good live as well.
