I've had a Schecter PT Elite since 2004 and a Schecter PT Fastback since 2011.
They're both great workhorse guitars and both have been my number one at various points. Great guitars and inexpensive enough that I can beat the hell out of them without feeling bad about it.
Most of the aesthetics of the Schecter line are not my thing, but the ones I like. I REALLY like.
I picked up a Schecter 004 bass last year too. Mostly for recording, but I wouldn't hesitate to gig with it.
