Dave, Putin CAN'T roll over Ukraine. What do you think he's TRIED to do for over a year? The only way would be to launch nukes. And, it's already been explained to Russia that, if they do that NATO will respond. Then Russia gets destroyed. Even Putin isn't that stupid.
China, by seeing how Russian is struggling against Ukraine will IMO give pause to the Taiwan invasion. It won't be easy for them, either. If
Putin fails then China will re think it's 'Friendship' with Russia. For decades, Russia and China were mortal enemies. I don't believe for one second that Xi trusts Putin.
