Wow!! I bought a cream with black pinstripes new and it had a finish issue on the headstock. The Music Zoo was great about giving me a full refund as they didn't have any others I wanted at the time. The black one your getting looks incredible!!
 
Steve, the black with the brass knobs looks incredible. These aren't really my sorta deal, but seriously that is a cool looking guitar.

Thats a drag, I'm sorry to hear this has happened. Like most of us here, I really dig on the polka dots. Perhaps destiny works out better for you in the end.
 
Funny… more people like the polka dots! I dig it too, it was just nice having a simple, clean guitar for once. I have a reputation for getting guitars that others think have the most hideous colors and graphics… :lol: :LOL: I love 'em all though…

The polka dots are gonna be fine! :rock:

These stories seem to get more prevalent as time goes on. Custom made instruments usually cost a ton of bread. You would think that a little more Q&A would be in order :doh:.

I like the black better too. :D :thumbsup:
 
Bummer!!! Why in the hell does a Jackson custom shop guitar leave the facility like this. Where is the quality control at from Fender/Charvel/Jackson?
