So has Mesa gone the way of Marshall.

I think Mesa has done really well over the last few years with the reissues. However, if innovation after 2025 is what you want from Mesa, it might not happen like it did before when Randall was part of it. I'm okay with it, as I have never played a better Mesa than the Mark series amps. They may not even need to be super innovative if they can keep coming up with variations of the Mark or Recto series.

it smooths out the top end in the Lead 1 Red channel...apparently it can be reversed. IIRC, my serial number indicates it came from the factory this way....been awhile since I checked or used it.

assuming both of these are in good working order:

Huh. Flatulent mod?

Can someone buy the ADA rights and reissue the MP1?

probably. Someone did an ADA branded MP-1 pedal a few years ago. May have been analog.man?

I'd probably go with a Synergy rack preamp vs a MP-1, etc.

I’ve had my eyes on a Mesa 800D for a good while. I’m too poor though, and they sell out super quick anyways.

not always, if you watch the vid the tones get more usable as he goes on, and adds gain, but yes, making it work can take time.
Yeah the low gain sound was horribly unnatural sounding, but the higher gain ones were better.

A new Triaxis would at least be worth looking at. But I'll admit my existingTriaxis is just sitting.

Mine is recto but non-fat. I've never actually heard a fat one.
Thats the good one! Lead Red 1 (IIRC) is badass.

Have to imagine there will be a III(+/++) reissue eventually.

Would be sick if they put all the different colors on a rotary knob. And also didn't with hold the ++ mod for a limited release.
