Lock feature is one of the best things on the Kemper. Just press and hold the Lock button and then press the button of what you want to Lock. Done. Then the Lock button will be lit and if you press and hold it anything you have locked will show up lit. Makes it easy to lock your effects, IR and then just cycle through the Rigs in Rig Manager.
You can even save new Rigs based on what is locked, so if you get your effects and IR dialed in the way you like just lock them and then click on new Rigs and save them.
Another tip is when you are in Rig Manager, after you double click on a Rig to load it you can use the Left and Right arrow keys on your keyboard to go up and down through the rigs and it will autoload them.
One last thing, if you save your Rigs with a number in front of them you can keep them sorted easier in order on the Kemper. Also be sure to make and keep backups of your Rigs. You never know when you may want to restore from backup.
I sold an Axe III for this thing, second go around with one, sold the first one for the Axe. Now just waiting on the FM3 and I'll be done, I think...
