So, what do you guys do for a living?

I guess I see why I am out of place here.

I was IT Director for a bullshit college (30 campuses, big network) for a while. Decent money, lots of butting heads with morons. Now I'm an installer for a regional A/V company. Every day is a pissing match about an IP address or a 70v speaker install.

I can't hobby Ferrari or Custom Shop Gibson like y'all. I build my own MIDI controllers with $29 Arduinos.

Y'all rock.
Sounds you are just like us mate.

I think I share this tier with you brother.

I mod an awesome forum. The hours suck 'though - 24 / 7 / 365.:dunno:

She has hands?
Hands. Claws. Whatever.

I'm the moderator on the Splawn proboards. It is 1x1x1 or something like that: 1 hour / 1 week / 1 year kind of pressure

I hope you do a better job than we do bro....the mods suck here.....LITERALLY....:p

I figure out wrong the f***’s wrong, fix whatever the hell that is, and get PAID fat stacks, following
by buying Wizards.
“Keep my mind on the Wizard, the Hyrid, no
a hybrid-hybrid, nah…a MCII”..etc..
So in a eerie way..G.A.S motivates what I do for living..WTF???

We’ll, got’her done, looks like I’ll be emailing
Rick 🎆

Electrical Engineer, and Aircraft Mechanic. Started working on aircraft for my dad at 13. Wrenching on aircraft paid my way through university for my EE degree. Tuition was much more affordable in the 1980's in Texas and subsidized by the state at a much higher level than it is today.

Self employed technical consultant for 25 years.

Will be retiring in few years.

I'm an old geezer hanging out with younger people here.

You guys make me feel young ;)
