I just spent some time reading this thread. I must mention that the issue that occurred between J.B. and Nick got a little out of control. This is a forum and all of us are here to help each other and learn about new gear. Issues that occur between members should be figured out between those who are having the problem. I played that amp that Nick sold. I was at Nicks house the day before he shipped it out to J.B and it was a great sounding amp, no issues, and I wanted to buy it but I didn't have the money at the time. Nick is a great guy and a great person to do business with. Once again, that amp was in perfect condition with no issues before Nick shipped it.

It's simply not true, I've heard other mods and amps that sound better without any of the hassle. I'm so tired of the hype machine around gear, it disgusts me.
