I'm sure there are differences between an Edwards and Gibson Les Pauls, by virtue of the electronics alone. But as far as shape, the look identical.

I totally agree but if nothing sounds like a gibson that test should be pretty easy to get the LP out of that pile of clones

Sadly, I think alot of people view it that way... Don't get me wrong. I'd love to be able to afford an R7 or R8, but the way they've been jacking up the prices... I simply can't justify it. So I'll need to get 90% of the way there and it's probably for the best! I don't need a $3k guitar.
