Congrats on the killer amp Olaf. I love it, wish I could spend more time on mine - been working way too much... Anyway, had to laugh with your two new Lesters, I have a lemonburst and a goldtop darkback in addtion to my others. I saw yours, couldn't help but think we have similar tastes

Ch3 and Ch 4 are very "Diezel", Joey. The typical "german mids".

The real surprises are channel 1 and 2. Hard to describe, but ch1 has really wonderful "un-Hifi" clean sounds which can be set to get into mild crunch territory. Playing with pickups and the pots of your guitar make a lot of fun and showcase the input source nicely - the same for channel 2 but just with more distortion which can be set to get up to 800s territory. Ch2#s mids are nice and completely different to what I would call the german sound of ch3 and ch4.

A super fine amp and a "reasonable" modern follow up to the the existing portfolio IMO.

my experience has led me to believe that being the person in charge is kind of like herding cats. it's a bit of this.. followed by this.. some of this.. and this . i forgot to mention that sometimes i use this .. but that doesn't always work out the way i think it will.
