Metallica didnt use mesa's until MOP. They used the jose marshalls on rtl

Actually, the Marshall used on RTL was stock. The Jose modded Marshall James had was stolen during the Kill 'Em All tour, which prompted him to pen the lyrics to "Fade to Black".
