Splawn Nitro or Splawn Quick rod for down tuning metal

What's Splawn would be better for drop C# , drop C , drop B or even drop A metal chug?

I would think Nitro , isn't the Nitro kind of Scotts version of a 5150?

I just got a nitro last night. I would say by far the nitro because of the able to handle the low end frequencies.

All splawn are are great imo..but splawn nitro is crushing in low end tunings

I'm going to go against the grain and say the Quick Rod. I've had multiple Splawns over the years, and for lower tuned metal, I prefer the tighter and more focused Quick Rod.
