The problem with making the death penalty for child rape is that you're then upping the ante to encourage murder. Reason being, dead children tell no tales. I know that sounds totally sick, but if you're going to rape a kid and have the prospect of death on your head, wouldn't you then want to get rid of a potential witness?

It's a totally gross thing to think about, but I think this is actually the right decision.

I agree that corruption is not exclusive to the Republicans party, but, you would have to be rich or retarded to vote for a Republican. We did vote for a wrestler, and under his watch, no bridges fell, no big handouts were given to corrupt corporations, and when he left, our state was in the black with "plenty" of money in the bank! Yes, I know that Ronald Mcdonald is running again! Who the hell do you think is the governor of our state?
