Sweetwater can kiss my ass. Funny how prices are increasing now that the plandemic is over and has been milked for all it could be. There was plenty of time for price increases a long time ago yet this is just now happening. Gas prices have gone up since Trump was in office but they were high when Barry was in office, yet no price increases then? I am sure companies will be dropping prices once things even out again (sarcasm alert)...which should be soon.

A 3/4 4x8 piece of plywood costs me $82 out the door a couple of days ago..had to have that one piece but hell will freeze over before I buy any more lumber at the prices I seen that day..they can rot with it..

Pricing increases aren't limited to just Sweetwater, nor it it necessarily their fault. There are a lot of companies in other industries that are announcing price increases at this time. A lot have been holding off as long as they could, but push comes to shove and raw materials pricing has not only shot through the roof since September, but availability has decreased. Worker shortage at mills plus panic buying contributed a lot to why we're seeing price hikes and extended lead times.Sweetwater can kiss my ass. Global economy, global pandemic, global labor shortages, global shipping, etc.
The supply and demand equation is way on the side of suppliers right now and
their costs of doing business keep going up.
Wait till the next time you go shopping for a new TV, washer & dryer, lawn-mower, etc.

Is Sweetwater cutting the commission % for the "engineers"? If not, each price increase is an increase in commissions for the engineer, unless the price increases result in less overall sales. Boo hoo

Seems supply chains and GDP suffer when the government pays people to stay home. This isn’t the pandemic that caused this. It’s the reaction to the pandemic that is causing these economic problems. We never should’ve fully shut down. It’s ok though. We can just keep printing money and pumping into the economy. Keep those checks coming!!!
