Sweetwater is pretty cool with making good on broken gear.

I bought a TC Electronic Plethora X1 from Sweetwater and I couldn't get it to work with bluetooth or the computer. I texted Sweetwater about it and they said they'd send a new unit to me, "keep the old one, so sorry about that."

TC X1 - I like the concept of 14 effects in one pedal but there was a jump in volume when switched on. The old TC stuff had a dip switch for that. This new one, if you can't access it from your phone or computer, you're fucked.

I have thought about grabbing one of the Plethora X1 pedals. I like the Toneprint pedals in general, so one you can make anything sounds interesting.

That's cool but they need to start putting the bit o honeys INSIDE the box cause my fed-ex man been ripping me off. He takes the good stuff and leaves me the smarties. A real s.o.b.
They know the Lady Taffy is my favorite and always send nothing but those, which I always look forward to. One time they gave me like 10 packs stuffed full of em. Really made my week lol

Bit o' honey and taffy is just something I don't eat anymore because as someone said, you'll lose your fillings.

Max BMW always sends me a regular bag of M&M's.
I just cant get down with the Bit 'O Honeys.

My salesman is a friend of 30 years or so. He’s the best. Never had any issue with an order and I get killer deals.

I bought a " matched pair "of Gold Lion KT77's a couple of months ago ... when I had them in the amp to bias them up they were off about 7-8mA ...

I knew I would get the follow up call from Ben Robinson to see if I needed anything else ..... I told him about the gap in the matching and I was going to return them ...

he asked if another pair that were actually matched would work better ...... I said sure .... he told me to keep the other ones ...

next pair I got in were spot on ....and now I have a free pair that aren't horribly mismatched as a back up ..... I'd buy from them again

I give the Bit O Honey's to the old lady ...... she loves them ,,, the only thing worse than trying to chew one of those is a frozen Charleston Chew ... F-ck that

A compartment in your pedals to hold a charleston chew would be sick. "Vonbonfire says your charleston chew goes here."

I love the chocolate ones.

Well I ain't risking a gold crown on a bit o honey these days plus I can't afford to order new gear from Sweetwater anyways.
I never seem to use Sweetwater either.
I have two GC's basically an hour East (Syracuse) and West (Rochester) and if I don't like something or purchase used gear that is extra used and not functioning properly, I can drive it back to return and not have to ship.
