Has anyone done a switchable loop on a deliverance? I only have the d60 and a plexi reissue these days, and i love the tone of each or together, but miss having a loop. Especially a switchable loop. Anyone one know if theres enough room on the board for this circuit??

I know there must be because the new ones come with a switchable loop and I believe you can send one in to have it done as well....

Sent it to Fryette
They will add a great loop for not a lot of cash

Thanks guys. I have a local tech that can do it. Just wanted to ask if anyone knew there was room before i drop it off for a week to be checked out. I hate shipping amps anymore as i dont have the materials around like i used to.

I'd be interested in this too - I did ask via the Fryette support form on their website but have heard nothing back.

I'm in the UK so shipping is just not an option and, as far as I'm aware, there is no longer any Fryette distribution in the UK anymore

I wont know until the end of next week or so. My guy picks up once a week from a local recording studio. So ill have wait til he looks at the board. Im not goingto do it unless theres room for a switchable circuit. Dudes here are saying the new ones have one, but the old board might be different. I'll post as soon as he tells me yay or nay.

any loop can be made "switchable" by putting a true bypass relay box in between the amp and the effects for less money and amps stay stock.

for example.

Whaaaaat. No i did not. Pretty cool. I may go that route if he cant make mine switchable. Its bone stock and doesnt Have a loop; so if he is gonna be in there already ....
Dude im so low tech. My main rig is this head or a 50watt plexi boosted with a maxon.

obviously it will need a loop first but yeah if he cant make it switchable do it outboard.

You could always pick up a *Fryette Power Station instead of the mod. You'd get a new unit with a loop, as well as attenuation and a speaker load. You could use it with your Marshall as well.

EDIT: Typo.

I will look it up. Dont know what that is either.

Steve, that metro zero loss loop is really good also, and pretty inexpensive. Not sure what you had in mind. I had one put in a 79 JMP with good results

Omg! I got some of his custom stuff he made for me when he was first starting out! He made me a 5 amp switcher, and I have the prototype of this looper! He is a great guy with great products.

I have a D-120 with the factory loop, but it's not switchable. Badass amp made better by the loop. IMO, the power station is a good way to go too, great product.

Whats up Dan!? I really like my old 5150 with a switchable loop and my mesa with the loop you can assign to a channel where you can set an eq and a chorus or delay pedal, and just have one switch like another channel. I cant do the tapdance shit live, and no extra power sources. If i cant mod to a switched loop i'll leave it stock.
