the jerkoff supreme court upholds birthright citizenship. wuuuut bullshit

I don't understand one is a privilege and one is a right? You can make all the analogies you want, but that doesn't change those facts to pad your fragile, self-inflated ego. You aren't that smart, Jackoff. No matter what mommy and daddy told you..
Look, tard, here it is ONE FUCKING LAST TIME.

The second amendment has limits as to what kind of weapon Mr Man On The Street can own. A driver's licence requires a test to get. My suggestion was to add passing a test of competency a requirement to own a firearm, just like you need to pass a test to get a driver's licence.

I never said a driver's licence was equivalent to the 2A.

Now shut the fuck up and re-read that if you have to until it finally sinks in through that 3 inches of soft bone you have surrounding your pea brain.

To all you tards who are grasping at anything so you can ignore the fact that Clearance Sale Thomas sold his integrity and his vote to the highest bidder, just like Africans were, historically, sold into slavery. Thomas is now someone's bought property for all "incense and porpoises".

Pointing out that Thomas is black is not racist any more than pointing out that Barrett is female is sexist. Pointing out slavery existed is not racist either.

Get the fuck over yourselves.
Damn, you fucking your cousin this weekend too, Zeke?

Don't know what the fuck you're talking about...got it. :2thumbsup:

"shall not be infringed."
There's the reason.
Requiring a competency test to own a firearm would be like being required to pass a grammar test in order to speak.
A hyperbolic analogy, but I think it gets the point I trying to make across.

Though I do think every gun owner should take a firearm safety/proficiency course for their own benefit, but it shouldn't be a requirement to own one.

Makes the point perfectly.

I would say an overwhelming majority of LEGAL firearms owners do this very thing.
It's not them that are the problem with violent crimes involving firearms in this country. Anyone with critical thinking and not sucking off the tit of the liberal MSM knows this already, though.

This proves you are doing nothing but talking out of your ass.
I'll entertain you though. Tell me, WHAT do you think your analogy will accomplish?
It'll keep people who shouldn't have them from legally owning guns .

A simple background check, just like they'd do with you when you apply for a job, will weed out the nuttiest of the guys and the required training might just prevent someone from crossing a barbwire fence with a loaded shotgun. (just an example I remember from my training). It'll also teach people that when the words "hold your fire" is yelled at the range that it doesn't mean you just stand there with the gun in your hand, finger on the trigger, waiting for the "all clear".

And yes, people will break the law. But we covered that comeback earlier in another thread.

What's really funny, and revealing, is you shit stains are bitching because the SCOTUS voted ON THE LAW, not on Drumpf's wants. You're complianing because the court (as a whole, Thomas excepted) did their job correctly.
I bitched about that where? I merely commented that I had zero confidence they would change anything. That's their ruling, fine. I've already moved on. It's situation that will resolve itself eventually if illegal immigration is kept under control.

All this ALREADY exists you overemotional cunt. And if that example was made during your "training", you're either lying out your ass, or you need a refund.

Maybe I'm reading this wrong, but how would training in competency of a firearm prevent someone from from jumping a fence with a shotgun?
Because his "training" said so
I guess they think a doughboy from WWI might have a flashback and charge the barbed wire fence :hys::hys:
Jesus, these fucking people 🤡🤡🤡

They already have that dude. It doesn't make a god damn bit of difference. That "Wish list item" for the anti-gun morons is simply designed to outlaw private gun sales and force ALL gun sales into a national database. Which is unconstitutional.

And as for the training, surely you have seen the videos and fuck tons of evidence that the people proposing these laws don't know jack shit about guns. And you think they should be the ones to mandate and control a training program ?

We've had these conversations several times now. It's fine, you believe what you want to believe, but you don't get to pretend that it's within the bounds of the constitution and you don't get to believe you aren't anti-gun. Because anyone who thinks that shit is anti-gun or straight up fucking retarded, so I'm defaulting here to the former.

I used "you" as a general catch all. If you want to be specific, 70 started bitching and there was universal agreement. Dude, not everything is about *you*.

Yup, they sure did all that when I went to the gun show and I watched other people hand over cash and walk out. (I'm being facetious in case you thought I was being serious) That was in Montana by the way. Just cuz I know you like things "specific".
