the jerkoff supreme court upholds birthright citizenship. wuuuut bullshit

I used "you" as a general catch all. If you want to be specific, 70 started bitching and there was universal agreement. Dude, not everything is about *you*.

Yup, they sure did all that when I went to the gun show and I watched other people hand over cash and walk out. (I'm being facetious in case you thought I was being serious) That was in Montana by the way. Just cuz I know you like things "specific".
If that's true, the people selling the guns are not dealers. I have been to many gun shows, including in Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Florida, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, Alabama, Arkansas and just about every other free state and I have never seen that. And I've never seen a gun show that allowed people to set up tables for selling that weren't dealers. Flea markets, sure.

And if you want to get technical, by the Bruen ruling, background checks are unconstitutional because there is no historic precedent. That shit didn't start happening until about 1994.

Usually people who make "must take test/get licensed to own gun" arguments aren't very familiar with gun law, constitutional standards and how they are applied to guns, how guns function/work, and how easily one can obtain a weapon by circumventing any and all regulations. In many instances it is much easier, quicker, and cheaper to acquire a gun through black market sources than to purchase one from a legitimate party, dealer or otherwise.

Remember when all the liberals on here suddenly became "firearms law experts" after Alex Pretti got shot?
Capt C-word was right there with them. All the while saying how "pro-gun" he is lmfao.

How did you dem pricks change the discussion from the 14th amendment to the 1st

I guess yall enjoy paying for illegal babies.

Their warped commie minds will be able to vote when theyre 18.

Especially when the Chinese send their kids back every 4 yrs to do so.

We are in more trouble than any of you liberals will ever know.

There are over ten thousand firearms laws on the books already. Even among attorneys an expert in firearms law is exceedingly rare. I think left leaning people who say they are pro-gun have a radically different idea (surprise) of what pro-gun means than the usual conservative.

That’s by design. Anti-gun forces have been working for decades to change attitudes and language around guns and paint people who value the 2A as radical gun nuts. And they rely on lazy people who don’t know history or even remember modern history. Like with the background checks. They pretend it’s always been a thing. Until very recently in our history you could just go buy a gun at a store. Semi automatic handguns are now automatic. Terms like assault weapon, gun crime, etc. Gradually things that were totally normal to your parents become “ Radical”. They have been playing the long game. Death by 1000 cuts. And the big secret ? It’s the fucking government that wants you disarmed. The same government that liberals now believe is fascist and corrupt even though worse shit was happening under Obama and Biden and that was fine.

People en masse are amazingly fucking stupid.

Then you should choose your words more carefully to make the point , Dumbfuck. I find this : Dude, not everything is about *you* highly amusing as you clearly are so narcissistic, that YOU think everything you post is indisputable fact, Get a grip, faggot. You stuck your little limp wrist into a subject you know very little about other than it makes your pussy hurt.

By the way, I found a picture of you during your firearms "training" Was this before or after the "barbed wire defense drill"? :hys: :hys: :hys:

Not sure how this pertains to the current conversation. Perhaps you have some insight?

The entire liberal position regarding immigration and birthright citizenship is nothing more than an effort to secure a voting demographic.

They know damn well rationale people won’t support the radical, Marxist nonsense anymore so they must import new voters and promise lifelong safety net programs in exchange for votes.

We’ve got 2, maybe 3 generations before the US is overrun by third world savages.

Our government is already broken. Until the boomers are completely out, the suicidal empathy will continue. White boomer liberals can’t get out of their own way.

My MIL is a boomer liberal and you couldn't be more right about that.

Do you know the criminal obtained the firearm legally?
Do you know she didn't?

None the less why would anyone have an issure about screening people buying firearms.

As @JamesTiberiusKirk clearly stated, we pretty much get screened for many lesser dangerous things.

It has nothing to do with being a Dem or a woke asshole...it's clear common sense and safety care for those we live amongst.

Last time I checked I can't get within how close to a POTUS or into a gov building carrying a firearm even though I'm up to date licensed...why is that.

If you don't agree that's 100% fine by me but this is how I see it.

@Findthetone1 already went over that part...
"shall not be infringed."

Last time I checked I can't get within how close to a POTUS or into a gov building carrying a firearm even though I'm up to date licensed...why is that.
Because there is a precedent set by law (trespassing laws) that entities (government or private) have the legal right to set terms for a person entering their property.

And yes I realize shall not be infringed and prohibiting firearms on property are in conflict. It's a weird conflict. On one hand you/a person or the gov't establishment can deny anyone entry to their property for any reason, but a gun owner has every right to carry where they see fit. There's no real way to resolve it. Personally I avoid frequenting those establishments.
