To buy or not 2 buy?

About a month ago I picked up a Heritage H-150 for a pretty slick deal and I’m quite impressed with how it plays. Sounds great. I would say I did well on the trade based on what I put into the trade originally. Anyway fast forward…. A buddy who runs a local store has an H150 that was his and will let go for 1200. Fucking deal. I think. Serial makes it a 1997. Any thoughts? Why another? Why not?

I have no experience with them but I have a buddy that loves them, I would say if you play it and it plays great buy it that's kind of up to you, as long as you're happy that's all that matters.

I personally can’t get over the headstock design of them. I do like them more than the semi hollow cheese wiz Les Paul standards made today by Gibson.

I quit looking at asthetics of the instrument years ago because it never seems to play as well as its looks. So the guitar can look fucked up but if it plays well… bingo.
