Just posted literally right after you but deleted it. I think he's dead. Very sad.
 
RIP. I really loved some of the earlier stuff... 66 is too young. Hopefully not drug related...

I liked tom and most of his music. I was just playing one of his b-sides last week, Girl on LSD. What a loss. The dude was great :(

Sad day!!! I loved his material from the beginning through the mid-90s. He will be missed that's for sure! Here Comes My Girl is one of my all time favorite classic rock tunes.
 
Read a report that it may have been a heart attack or some form of cardiac arrest. What an amazing collection of songs he left us. Also left us a legacy of stand firm for what you believe is right.

He really was a huge huge influence/ impact on me musical wise growing up.

Yeah, now they are saying he is clinging to life... Guess we'll get the real story at some point.

He was on life support, and they pulled the plug. He's alive, but not expected to survive the night.

They jumped the gun that he was already dead.
 
He was brain dead. No activity, so they pulled the plug.
