I’m comparing a TONEX ENGL Invader capture from the ENGL Ampthology pack with the real ENGL Invader 150 amplifier to see if you can actually hear the difference. With amp modeling and capture technology getting better every year, the question is: can a digital version truly match a high-gain tube amp in a real mix? Can you hear a difference?
