Didn't get to watch the whole thing but sounded good. Your singer has a good Maynard voice.

Maybe move around a little less...like AJ :lol: :LOL:
 
That was really good. Singer seems to be a good fit for Maynard's voice. Could be the camera but I think his singing could be tightened up a bit, but that's really nitpicking here. Maybe a bit raunchier tone from the bass, but again nitpicking.

Cover well done sirs. So many bands around my area 'try' to cover Tool but none are even remotely close to doing it justice, especially compared to you guys.

I think your full-on overdrive tone is better than the rolled back clean sound though. The overdrive is raunchy and mean but the pseudo-cleans have a cardboard-like edge to it. I don't think I've heard an AxeFX approximate the sound of a rolled-back JMP though. It's no fault of your own.

Also, the cover of Intolerance right after is fucking badass. I think Undertow is one of Tool's best albums. It's raunchy and raw and aggressive as fuck. Good job!
 
Whole band did TOOL great! Drummer and guitarist stood out. Awesome covers!

I've been cheating a bit by using a volume block in there to avoid the volume knob and keep a consistent level when "rolled back".

Tone is suffering, clearly.

I'll make some adjustments!

dude it sounds great on all parts, singer too, not many can do a convincing maynard

only crit i could have is the singers 'numetalish' stage presence, but thats nothing to do with the tone and tune!

that said,

I thought that jumbly effect he/they put on there was cool to break up the boredom of me pacing back and forth counting 1 2 3 4 5 1 2 3 4 5...
