Tube layout for 3+SE PREAMP?

Anybody know the tube layout for the 3+SE preamp? What valves are for which channel. I know V1 will be closest to input jack. But not sure about what valves are allocated to channels 2 & 3.

The Tubes in The 3+ are not individualiy assigned per channel
because there are 2 elements per tube.
but here is how it works:
V1 Input/CH1
V2 CH1/CH2
V3 CH2
V4 CH3
V5 CH3
V6 Ch1/Output
V7 EQ
