When it comes right down to it, that's the most important thing anyway. I wouldn't be surprised if after a while of using the amp this way, you actually don't care as much about effects in general.

That would be nice but the 80's kid and me will always dig a healthy delay for leads. I can get my Magic Stomp to work if I turn it's volume control to 11:00 and use the -10dB setting on the amp. It eats some tone and volume but it's passable sound wise. Weird thing is when I have the amp warming up with the MS in the loop and then hit the standby switch there is a breif dip in volume and the it's fine. But the best tone easily is with the loop disengaged. It's much fatter and punchier.
