Nobody said they'll be cut by those amounts.

Here's the most-simple way I can explain it:
Think of it as "how many times cheaper" percentages.

If something's 3x cheaper, it's 300% cheaper. 10x cheaper therefore = 1000% cheaper.

Make sense? It's a mathematically-unconventional way of expressing how many times cheaper something is, but it makes perfect sense IMHO. If something's 300% cheaper, I'm obviously not paying nothing, but rather, 1/3 of the original price.

I had nothing better to do so I took you up on your offer. If you have a gold star for me, I'll accept it and pop it in my particimapation-trophy drawer.
