Do we know how much the 5 watt head will be?

I do believe it is $349.

It has an FX loop and XLR cab simulated out as well as 3 way tone stack shift. Lots of tones in that little amp. An absolute blast to play!

Absolutely killer tones and playing Jason!! :rawk: Most definitely going to grab one of these suckers in the near future, either the 45 or the 100.

Thanks, Dan! The 45 is super cool too. Loud as hell!

$349

Class A with one 6V6, 3 way Tone Stack Shift, FX loop, and speaker compensated XLR out. Major bang for the buck. Automatic dummy load put on the power amp when not hooked up to a cabinet.

Randall's NAMM booth was just pure insanity. I'd love to own one of the smaller watt amps. Amazing price point! I'll probably have to sell my current one to afford it, but I think I'd be better off in the long run. Versatile amp + extra money in my pocket.

Damn that sounds tasty! Can these take an EL34 swap like the RM and RT series??? If so, I'm sold.

I do believe so as I know for sure that the 45 can also use 6V6s so I would think this can use 34s. I will ask Mike directly though.

when can we expect these 5 watters to become available....

Must be the camera and other factors, not trying to be negative, but it sounds like my old RH200 randall solid state. I will have to hear it in person.

Wat?!?! It's mine then

That's a big YES to using EL34s in this amp. Just a quick bias adjustment and you're ready to go!

Jason, I know you have probably said it before, but what bridge pickup are you using in that guitar? It has a nice tight dry sound that pleases me

How does it compare to the Painkiller ? I have a Painkiller in a borrowed BRJ at the moment and like it quite a bit. A bit more saturation or give would be nice though.

Painkiller has less bass so t s tighter and faster but it is stiff and bright. The Warpig is bigger sounding but not as quick with a softer feel.

can i use el34 for sure in the head without any adjustments??

I hadn't seen the first vid of 80's tone.... you had already answered my question whether or not this amp could do RATT! Love the fact that the 5 watt has an effects loop. Very smart. I def want one of these but thinking what would be light enough to gig with..if going direct, one of these little guys is a no brainer. Tone seems fairly consistent across the series from 1 watt to 100 watt.

awesome playing as always, I'm going to have to check one of these out
