Not sure the shiny chrome would suit the guitar IMO. It may start looking like a 60's T-Bird when you're done. I'd go with some gloss or matte black hardware. The grey smoked chrome would also work.

This is the first color coat. I laid it on a little thick so I'm going to do a light sand on it and then shoot a couple very light coats before clear.
