Just go for it. Any ghetto look just adds to the awesomeness if you are ripping some searing leads. Plus it has the ibanez script in gold like you said. I mixed just about every different hardware on a guitar chrome n gold black n gold nickel and gold and chrome etc etc and it never looks bad cause a sweet axe is a sweet axe.
That is the response I want, but that doesn't mean it is what I should do.
I do like how the Tuners match the script, but if I they had the matching chrome tuners I would play it safe and order them, but I do love the look of the gold tuners.

They have them in stock, so that is a plus. If I hate them I could just spend $75 and buy the chrome ones and swap them myself later.
Or if you dislike the gold tuners with the chrome bridge, just spend the $100 on the gold bridge and drop it in yourself, it is not a hard install or process. You could also wait later and take it to a shop again and have them do it during setup. Probably won't even charge extra, I wouldn't if it was just a 1 to 1 swap like that. After the swap, you could sell the chrome one and get some of your cash back.

White and gold with that roasted neck and black inlays is top tier stuff man.

Thanks for the input.
Tonight I might try a string change with the stockers and see how it goes, if it goes well and no problems I will stick with stock.
If not, I will probably go with the Gold for now or go to another brand of locking tuners in chrome

I've decided that I really prefer chrome.
So, I changed the strings with the stock tuners, it went well, they are not quite as easy as locking tuners with a thumbscrew, but it went ok.
I will probably stick with the stock tuners if I don't find matching chrome tuners that are a direct drop in.
It plays so well with 9-42s, effortless to say the least.

I love the guitar, but I am waiting for a replacement as my first one arrived with a chip in the finish.
The one thing I hate is the Gotoh HAP locking tuners.

I reached out to Sweetwater and when my replacement comes in I am having them swap the tuners to the Gotoh Locking Tuners with a thumbwheel.
They are also going to do a set-up and change the strings to my preferred 9-42s, it came stock with 10-46s.

The only issue is the chrome Gotohs are out of stock until mid-June.
I looked and they have the Gold ones and I did a Chat GPT and I think they look good, only other hardware on the guitar is the silver bridge.

What do you all think?

Here are the pics stock and with gold tuners for comparison.
I'd wait until the chrome ones are back in stock.
