VTM 60 tube layuot?

Can anyone tell me what the preamp tube layout is & what the function of each?

3 12AX7 preamp tubes, one 12AX7 phase inverter and 2 6L6 power tubes.

First 2 tubes starting at the input jack side of the amp are the 3 gain stages and the cathode follower, 3rd tube is for the loop, 4th tube is the phase inverter.
