What effect is this?

[NaturalBornBoy]

The effect that Sambora used for the solo on 'Always'.

Is that a fast trem? A leslie sim?? Rotary???

[reverymike]

Leslie, or a simulator. A Leslie, is a rotating speaker inside a cabinet - gives it that warbly sound.
