Just out of my own curiosity, what happened to Reza? I have been reading this forums archived posts for years, always used to see him popping up all over the place, and now his original posts have disappeared and only appears in quoted posts.

BTW, would have posted this in off topic forum, but that seems to be polluted with political ego stroking bullshit.

That doesn't really surprise me. The few interactions I've had with him definitely gave me the feeling he was an opinionated and arrogant dude. Which is a bummer because I really dig his playthroughs, but oh well.

From what I recall, there was 1 or maybe more people getting into it with him over Right Left wing politics. Not sure all the details, but I saw the ending there was brutal taunting stuff thrown his way. fwiw, Reza is one of the few online "friends" I talked with on the phone. It was just once, but I had some questions about amps and he was happy to chat me up with all kinds of great opinions and insight. I respect his guitar tone and skills- he has a YouTube channel where he has posted some real cool stuff lately.

Interesting. Like I said, my limited interactions with him gave me the impression he was very opinionated, but he seems like a wealth of knowledge and his playthrough are extremely helpful.

I've seen him quoted a million times in threads around here and didn't know if he'd been banned or just left.

He's still around other places and has his YT channel. He's always been super cool with me. We may have poked fun at each other from time to time but I break everyone's balls.

I also saw it and that shit was way out of hand. A few guys really showed their true colors.
Reza was very blunt, opinionated, and uptight, but an overall good contributor to the forum.
I’m not a fan of his amp clips. They all have a harsh, brittle character to them.
