Let's just say I had some disposable income. I disposed of it, very quickly. Boutique amps, custom guitars, etc.

i was the researcher and revolving door guy in the 2010's, but now i'm minimalist. 2 guitars, 1 amp, 3 pedals.
never the new gear guy, never the cheap skate. i've known some guys who will accumulate 10 cheap guitars instead of seeking out 1 or 2 nice ones. i never understood that. you're just left with a big pile of problems, and less space.
