What year was this BE-100 made?

Just received it from Sweetwater. Told the salesman I only wanted it if it was a 2016. He said he didn't know but that these amps are only in stock for a month. I'm looking at the serial # and I think it's a 2015.

Just a guess, it was made in Oct. 2015.

That's what I was thinking too but I want to make sure before I return in. PT has s nice tilt to it but I can live with that if it's a 2016

That's Oct 2015.

I'm sure they're trying to get rid of all the 2015 stock first. The 2016 sounds way better IMO.

Why even look at the serial, the 2016 revision has 4 switches on the front the 2015 has 3.

The 2016 is brighter and less compressed... better is debatable as I love my 2015 lol

It's certainly debatable. But I had my 15' updated and to me it's on a whole different level. Much better to ME.
