Back when I was in high school, I remember my Blue "Rugged" Aiwa CD player absolutely destroyed Savatage, Ghost in the ruins live... I think between that and Tribute (Randy Rhoads) nothing even came close. For easily a month I listened to the album everywhere I went.

i could list probably 100 albums ive listened to for months end through my life. In more recent times though, LiL Peep is about the only dude i listen to consistently

It could take months to list them all, but interestingly enough for teenage me Hall of the Mountain King, and Tribute would definitely be on the list.

I wore out at least two CD’s of And Justice For All. I discovered it at almost the exact same point in my guitar playing that I could just about manage all the rhythm parts and some of the solos. What a great record.

Blur's 13 album stole a lot of my time. My CD no longer plays but I don't care because I have it on my drives. It was a combination of the higher gain plexi and experimental tones but more importantly, that band taught me to try to create at least one or two surprises harmonically in your music. Could be something as simple as sneaking in a bVI chord in a major key song.

Sabaton - Carolus Rex

There was like half a year where it's almost all I listened to

I was a military brat and in 1987, I brought Appetite for Destruction to Germany. We were back in the States when it was released and back then there was no MTV access, etc. So I brought the new release back with me and just started telling everyone about this band and this album "Appetite for Destruction".

I took that CD wirh me everywhere and from 87' to 89' it was in constant rotation. To this day it is probably my favorite whole album. It has been overplayed on the radio but it is perfect.

[Metalhex]

i listen to this album probably once every few weeks for the last 35 years.

Little kid me used to play my Mom's Goodbye Yellow Brick road LP constantly running around the house dancing and singing to it, especially to Benny and the Jets, and Crocodile Rock.
