Whats an Album that STOLE weeks/months of your time relentlessly. I'll go first.

Back when I was in high school, I remember my Blue "Rugged" Aiwa CD player absolutely destroyed Savatage, Ghost in the ruins live... I think between that and Tribute (Randy Rhoads) nothing even came close. For easily a month I listened to the album everywhere I went.

It could take months to list them all, but interestingly enough for teenage me Hall of the Mountain King, and Tribute would definitely be on the list.

I wore out at least two CD’s of And Justice For All. I discovered it at almost the exact same point in my guitar playing that I could just about manage all the rhythm parts and some of the solos. What a great record.

Blur's 13 album stole a lot of my time. My CD no longer plays but I don't care because I have it on my drives. It was a combination of the higher gain plexi and experimental tones but more importantly, that band taught me to try to create at least one or two surprises harmonically in your music. Could be something as simple as sneaking in a bVI chord in a major key song.
