For me, this would go back to the early to mid 70’s.

These would also be albums played on a record player.

Chicago’s 1st album
Santana’s 1st album
Ted Nugent’s Stranglehold album

There isn't enough room in this box for me to begin😂. Basically I didnt start off with basic metal for like 5 years or something. I got into everything at once: death metal, thrash, speed/classic shit. All when I was a kid in like '92. Every album I listened to hundreds of times it seems

Before I played guitar:
Blue Oyster Cult Some Enchanted Evening on 8 track.

After playing guitar:
Blizzard of Ozz on vinyl. It is so worn out had to buy another copy.

Def Leppard’s High and Dry, Iron Maiden’s first 2 albums and a few early Judas Priest records.

Can’t remember my early teenage years clearly on what was listened to for a straight period, definitely all the classics had a turn, Hendrix, Sabbath, Purple and Zeppelin. Also Motörhead and Saxon. Went through a Black Flag obsession with the Slip It In Album around 15. Definitely AFD when it came out. It was the only cassette in my car for quite a while. I do remember around 21/22, two new records that I did listen to solidly for weeks and that was Rollins Band, End of Silence and RATM 1st album.

Nirvana - In Utero
Metallica - Master of Puppets
Pantera - Far beyond the driven
Alice In Chains - Jar of Flies

Literally every VH album.
Satriani Extremist
Dream Theater IAW, Awake, Metro 2 and Distance Over Time
Ozzy No More Tears
