What's your amp and guitar dream rig ?

I just want my Kemper back, and maybe that new bias head. And my Cameron cab back too. That was my favorite setup. I have my dream guitar so no worries there.

10 years ago, when I got more into gear, my dream rig was ESP M-II or USA Jackson (ideally Soloist or Warrior) or Caparison TAT (ideally in Red Sunset or Frozen Sky) plugged into ENGL E570 SE preamp + VHT 2/90/2 through Bogner 4x12.

Reality today: I have ESP M-II (bolt-on) and Jackson SL1 and Caparison TAT (in Crimson finish though ), ENGL E570 SE and Bogner 4x12.
The only thing I'm missing is VHT poweramp.
Right now I play the preamp through ENGL Savage SE's poweramp (nice amp by the way).

My dream today?
ENGL Invader II
VHT UL + FB or Deliverance 4x12 cab
Henric Hermansson's 4 channel amp
KSR Artemis
Custom-built 6 and 7 string guitar

I've definitely spoiled myself with guitars and amps over the last decade, so I pretty much have what I want. Just missing one dream amp -- Michael RT's Marshall Major !!

Amp, I've had or have so many, however I'd have to say my Gower modded Marshall JMP with the Rockmonster mod done to it. I have never looked back since.

Dream Rig, I'd have to say 2 full Marshall 20th anniversary white stacks modded by Dan, or um...... i dunno, maybe try the Solano slo100r. That Rack piece just rules, or maybe the Solano x99.

My Ric 350V63 (or my Fender Marr Jag) with a vintage Vox AC100 stack (which I don't have!).

I have my other dream rig already: Engl E530 + E850/100 + 2 - E212VH (though 2 more cabs would be sweet!)

IMO you should custom order a guitar for yourself. Long wait time but quite rewarding to pick all the features you want exactly as you want them.

Maybe get a Kemper if you are going to focus on recording.

My dream rig is one of the super high gain "gee-whiz" amps that I lust over along with an Ibanez JEM with the floral pattern. I would gear my pedal board towards high gain tones.

I did that last year ! Splawn made me a guitar and I had Jason Oberly paint a Tomb of Dracula comic cover on it. Took almost a year but turned out great. I was thinking of having another one of my guitars painted.

The Kemper is probably a good idea. I priced out a new 27.5 IMac and Presonus Studio One and Im placing my order Tuesday. Im gassing a bit for the Mesa Boogie JP2C but the Cab Clone does not get the greatest reviews so Im not as sure as I was about getting it. I might just order and hope I can make up my mind before Sweetwater's return policy expires.

I am going to retire in August ( Im disabled) and I decided to buy myself my dream rig with some paid vacation hours I have coming from my old job. I've been eyeballing the Mesa Boogie JP2C and the Friedman BE. I've kicked the Fractal idea about. So amp wise I have some ideas but guitar wise nothing is giving me gas. I did watch a lot of Mesa demos that included the EBMM Majesty but I'm no Dream Theatre fanboy ( although they are fantastic). This always happens...I can buy anything but want nothing and when I'm low on money I want everything. Grrrrr!!!!

What's your dream rig : guitar and amp.

For me the concept was multiple amps, sharing various effects, w/ the ability to have presets change combinations of things on/off w/ one button press as well as the ability to have direct access switches for everything individually.

It ended up looking like this:

Maybe a pre pro Charvel, and definitely a Wizard Metal. The Charvel is easy to fake though, and real ones are too much cash to justify. But a Metal.....gonna start working on a fund. Gonna take a while though!

be able to find one though. Think he may have passed as well, so no direct possibility.

Wouldn't have minded having a top notch Cameron, but he fucked me over and would rather
see him and his stuff die into oblivion like the pages of history. Brad can be thrown in there
as well.
