Tech 21 Boost D.L.A. or MXR M169 Carbon Copy

which one would you suggest me?
the mxr might be true bypass, the tech 21 buffered bypass, same price.
600 ms for the mxr, 1000 ms for the tech 21

I've bought an Artec last week (the SE) for 70 Euros. Thats very fine and true bypass.

i ordered a tech 21 boost dla, i hope it'll be fine. cheap and worth the money
