47k to 8 ohm tap

100k to 4 ohm tap

which one is recommended for optimal results with the mod? As far as donor amps, the Marshall SLP is 100k/4ohm and the 1959hw is 47k/8ohm ?????

I use 47k speaker jack. But there is a depth circuit in between.

thanks for the reply.. so you change the stock configuration when your modding a marshall reissue then? is that right? thanks again

I see that now.... looks like the 100k feedback resistor was left on the board. Do you recommend the 100k or 47k? or is the difference minimal? thanks

What are you asking? What are you looking at? Etc.

Just asking if, when given a donor amp for the BE mod, do you change the value of the negative feedback resistor (r21?) to 47k or do you just leave whatever is there alone... sorry for the confusion

Generally I change it. But sometimes I might use a different value depending on the amp. I change many things including filtering.
