I have six 4x12s, one of which is unloaded.

Currently I have the following speaker setups.

Vintage 30s
Greenbacks
Lynchbacks
Creambacks M65
Mamzer 30s by Fane

I’ve been considering Scumback BM75s.

Play hard rock primarily.

I'd get a good set of 55hz speakers like Heritage G12H30(55hz), the new G12M 55hz Celestion started making, or Scumback BH55's for contrast with all the 75hz sets you have.

man I put some Eminence CV-75s in my 1960 BX and I love those speakers. Sound great in the room and much easier to record than the greenbacks

What kinda V30's do you got? Some say there are differences between the varients and the year of manufacture.

Maybe try the Creamback h75's? Or the new Eminence Karnivores??

God uses these:

EVMs or Force 12's. EVM 12L's will probably be the easiest to find in good condition, followed by Force 12's, with EVM 12S' being the hardest to find good specimens of that haven't been thrashed in PA cabs and are in need of a re-cone. Naturally my personal preference is the above list in reverse order... 12S, Force 12, 12L.

I second this. Just added two in another 4x12 with V30s. Great V30 alternative thats a bit smoother and less grating.

Would be nice to hear you demo your new EV's against the Force 12's sometime. The Force's seem pretty neutral. I wonder how close they are using less magnet and power handling.

The new Heritage Blackback G12M-25 55HZ is next.

I think you should dump the cream puff 65 and try the H75 too.

Wildly untrue

The marshall vintage and other variants are easily just as good as the 2000s boogie ones, and even the chinese ones can sound great with the right setup
Yeah I thought about the 16 ohm Marshall Vintages as being legit, you are correct, but they aren't as good as Mesa T4416's.
