trying to think of fun things to do in 2022. thinking of ordering a couple cereal boxes of product, a bulk roll of Charmin and locking myself in my house for a month or two with the blinds closed and getting to work. it seemed to work for great bands like Oasis.

Most of my demo tapes back in the 80's were recorded like that. The results were hit and miss. Sometimes things that sounded great lost quite a bit of their charm when played back the next day.

I don't think it made a huge difference on how they turned out, honestly.

I just know theres no way I could do that NOW unless I went back to playing dumb punk music like I did back then.

I lost my old drummer and good friend to this. He went clean, started a family, saving for a house. He OD’d on his first relapse. He’s been dead for a few years.

I felt bad for him and his family. He was so kind hearted. Just never figured out life.

I KNOW.....TGP really sucks when it comes to stuff like that. I mean, what you do on your weekends is your own damn business even if the TGP mods don't like it. And everyone has to have a hobby.

I'm kinda young and live in Finland so i never went down that rabbit hole. The most i have done is smoked pot few times and did the benzo + booze combo once(don't do the latter it's literally aids).
