Also nearly every day I play Counterstrike on my PC - yeah I know it's just a computer game but it is all about shooting. I do pretty well because I've played it for over 20 years now and I enjoy being a 55 yr old that still usually beats the whelps... I mostly keep playing to keep my reflexes and reaction times up - it helps with things like motorcycle riding.

You think so ? How many rounds do you think the average Seal shoots a month ? Or Ranger ? I can tell you it's a hell of a lot more than I do and that's not insignificant.
