Truman wanted to get the price of MIJ Stratocasters back down to pre-war levels, but Tojo was being tough on the negotiations.

The Japanese were just as bad as the Nazis. In many instances they were worse. The nukes saved Allied lives having to fight the Japs who wouldn't have otherwise given in and after the atrocities they committed in their POW camps and on the Thai Burma Railway etc they deserved it. Better us than them. Thank you to whoever dropped them. Further, the Japanese still haven't really come to terms and apologised properly as a nation for what they did unlike most of Germany. Oh yeah they've made a few half hearted attempts but their education system doesn't stress their atrocities or culpability. They also bombed Darwin during the war so stuff them. Sick to death of people wringing their hands about it who weren't born then and don't know history well.
If Mitsubishi had followed the plans and gotten the ME-163 into production sooner, it would have turned the tide of war.The Japanese were just as bad as the Nazis. In many instances they were worse.
Japan had their own version. You’re right, it would have likely changed things for Japan. Likely the same for Germany. If Mitsubishi had followed the plans and gotten the ME-163 into production sooner, it would have turned the tide of war.

The problem with Wiki is that things can be easily changed without proper verification. It’s super simple to re-write history. Which is why paper books are necessary so it more difficult to re-write history. ?@ccn will be along shortly to tell you Wikipedia is all liberal lies.
And that's why I keep petitioning @Monkey Man to covert OTC into a text-based format, delivered to your door on a monthly basis. The problem with Wiki is that things can be easily changed without proper verification.
