Will Marshall make up a new COA?

Unfortunately it's probably too late like others said. Especially if you feel it's worthless to you because he possibly altered it, let it go. The fact that he pressed you for a COA on your trade should have triggered it for you to ask the same in return but hindsight is 20/20. Can't hurt to reach out to Reverb and see what they say about a partial refund. He did picture it as an item that would come with it in the original listing. As he said in his COA Ad that it diminishes the value of the amp and "showed" it as an item included you may argue he owes you this "loss in value". Turn his own words and actions against him per se.

not trying to be a dick but I didn't know you had to give a guy an owners manual and coa when you sell and amp , you bought it with out, this is one of the stupidest threads I have seen but what ever.

Yes you were, you clearly posted to he a dick...I mean if an amp is sold from the factory with a COA it should go with it when sold. If you don't have the COA make sure to post that you don't have it or that it's not included.

He never even said anything about a COA to me during our deal.
He took a custom shop R7 from me in trade and was wanting clear pictures of the COA or he wasn't going to do the trade.

If that doesn't make sense to you then you are the stupid one.

the dude is a prick, he wants the COA to come with his, then lies and says he doesn't have it so he can sell the cover and COA separate? what a greedy prick! and deceptive. that's the worst kind of guy to deal with, greedy and deceptive.
