BFG War Hammer def. War Hammer 
- A War Hammer is a late medieval weapon of warintended for close combat action. The BFG War Hammer is a 2 channel design with a nice warm, sparklingclean channel and a massive Overdrive channel. It is an evolution fromthe earlier BFG 20lb. Hammer designs and takes the saturation andaggressive tone a step further. The OD channel is 5 gain stages andhas 2 additional front mounted toggles for a Bass and Treble shiftrespectively. There are 2 controls on the rear of the amp calledHeaven & Hell which provide some additional adjustment of the outputsection. You are able to dial in some quite aggressive tones withthese controls. The War Hammer is designed for several styles of musicand can handle different tunings with ease. The BFG War Hammer uses WIMA coupling caps and metal & carbon filmresistors for consistent tone. In the Jet City 20 watt amps we add achoke and a US made output transformer for a superb feel and superiortone and can offer this in other amplifiers as well. This modification is available on other Jet City models as well as acustom spec'd BFG amplifier. BFG will also retrofit this mod intoother amplifiers if possible. BFG Moneypenny The BFG Moneypenny is a British inspired amp from the late 60's andnamed after the famous secretary of “M”, head of MI6. The BFG Moneypenny is a 2 channel design with a nice warm cleanchannel on the GAIN I channel. It is reminiscent of an older VOX styleamp and has the creamy sound they are known for. We have tweaked it abit so it has a wonderful sophisticated tone. The second channel is the alter ego of Moneypenny and is a more inyour face JTM45 clean channel that can be driven to do dirtythings...pushed hard this channel gets that sweet breakup that playerslust for. But what fun would it be if it ended here? While we're beingdirty...how about a Vodka martini? We have the Shaken & Stirred switchunder the GAIN II control. Going from stirred to shaken brings inanother gain stage that conjures a “plexi” that is opened up on 10 androaring to life. Sweet organic drive with tons of harmonics and justthe right amount of sag for that vintage feel but with the comforts ofa master volume. The BFG Moneypenny uses a “mustard” cap equivalent coupling cap andmetal & carbon film resistors for consistent tone. BFG Destroyer 100 Watt Guitar Amplifier 3 channels Clean, Rhythm, Lead Channel 1 is a Clean and does nice shimmering warm tones to gritty blues. Bright switch has 2 modes, center off. Channel 2 is a hard rocking rhythm channel that is reminiscent of aclassic modded Marshall. It can go from JMP/Plexi era to aggressivemodded with the guitar volume. It is not just another Jose mod...verydifferent. Bright switch has 2 modes, center off.Saturation is available for channel 1 or 2 only and brings some addeddistortion between stages.
