I got these pics from the Red Dragon Cartel FB page . Looks like Jake is playing thru a Friedman amp and he's got the volumes dimed . I can't make out the logo on the red head underneath the Friedman

That's a departure from the 5153's he was using. He usually used old JMP's, plexi's and JCM's in the studio for years.

The amp under the Friedman Smallbox is a 68 plexi clone amp from RJS amps, they sound really good but but you have to dime them bias them hot, variac them kinda the whole EVH thing, do a search on YT he has some nice sounding clips, he plays in a VH tribute band.

Hopefully they’ll add a Bay Area date . I’ve seen him with Ozzy and Badlands and would really like to see him this go around
 
No idea RJS amps had such man in the roster. Thanks for the pic, very interesting!
 
Last time I saw him the EVH was busted and he was using a back up Line6 head.
Sounded just fine.
 
He is using the Friedman in the video.. Rjs is off.
 
Looks like he’s using Fender saddles on his bridge now too instead of the block type.

The one in the lower right hand corner is a Majik Box Body Blow OD , the upper left corner looks to be some type of dual fuzz pedal from Majik Box
 
On the Friedman he is using 2 inputs....1 say input and the other says SW....what does SW mean?

Smallbox is sounding great Dave. Is there a reason he went with the Smallbox over the BE100 since he usually uses 100 watters?

Do you happen to know if he is still using EVM12-L speakers in those red cabinets?

I wonder what the Body Blow OD pedal is modeled after? OD-1 or a TS808 variant. I knew he was using some Black Cat pedal which was more like a Rat pedal a few years ago.
 
Was hoping to see some clips, thanks for posting the vid!! I planning on going to the sellersville pa and teaneck no shows.
