I only know the Ernie Ball ones that I used in the past. Are the 250k mono the ones to go? I want one that would be least intrusive to my signal chain, least altering to my tone.
Appreciate any recomendation, thanks.
thanks guys for all the input.
I'm thinking of getting a guitar that's a "Blemished" item. So I wonder if anyone had issues dealing with them, especially with refund.
i'm thinking of pulling the trigger on a guitar at ZZounds.
Any of you guys had experience dealing with them? Seem to have a really good refund policy for 45 days. I seem to recall some of you here had good deals/experience doing business with them?
Thanks
Still got 2 MTS in my amp arsenal. The RM100 was great for getting different tones, and the RM50 combo was convenient for band practice and jams without lugging a big rig.
they're great for what they are: being able to get a lot of different tones with the modules.
I got some good modded modules...
 That was Lynch in his top form and the heyday of Dokken for sure. This was on a poppy metal side but there's a cool vibe about it that I always liked.
I regretted selling mine, especially the old models where they had Earvana nut. thanks to EBMM, who has the propriety on this nut design, the EC1000 no longer have them.
They have a model that's bigger with more of a Les Paul thickness, I would score one of those again
Thanks for sharing the experience. I have to make sure I don't do the same thing with my pedalboard
The EVH sounded great and you nailed the shit. Did you mic both cabs? The guitar sounded nice and huge and the solo really cut through
Thanks for the answer.
They are flimsy built, 2 0f the 3 knobs on mine have broken off, but it sounds so good, the tone knob on it is what I dig about it as well, you can certainly dial in more warmth if it's too sparkly.
save you money, dude. I read Guitar Afficionado, Guitar Player and GW on a regular basis. I have lunch at my local supermarket and just read them for free ;)
GA is just like others have mentioned here, a glossy mag for cork sniffers. Unless this issue has some amazing photos of Ed & gear, and...
Anyone using the Arion SCH-1 Chorus here? I have it on my board for 2 years now, but didn't use it for awhile since it's not true bypass. My current gig calls for that LA lush chorus so i started using it again, it's just a great pedal to nail that Landau/Lukather lush sound.
there's something...
I had a 7-string that was just amazing for the money. one of the best 7 string neck i ever played, not as chunky as Schecter, but not as thin as Ibanez, just right in between. The finish was great too.
I regretted selling it, but at the time it wasn't getting much use and I needed some new gear...
