The government.....yes, and the citizens suffer.

Much of eastern Europe has been a cesspool of corruption for a long, long time.

I feel for the people of Ukraine. But their government is rotten to the the core. And the EU, just another large slow boiled amphibian, got used to cheap Russian energy. They heckled and mocked Trump when he told them they'll be sorry for depending on it. They damned sure aren't laughing now. Ukraine should have kept their nukes instead of chasing the Budapest Memorandum carrot back in 94. They'd have a hell of a lot more leverage in their own defense had they done so. And now the dumbass administration is sending them billions. Let the imagination resolve the amount of Ukranian grift going on. Probably don't want to know.

President dumpster fire admin should have stayed out it and the dumbass sanctions that aren't having the desired effect. His butt buddy obummer didn't do much when Russia annexed cry me a river......uh I mean Crimea.
