The "enlightenment" was the beginning of the world's darkest age and we are arriving at the conclusion of it soon. In spite of all that I truly hope you are blessed this morning! There are things to be thankful for. ICXC

If it was true enlightenment things would be better and the end result would be people doing something more than mocking and insulting others on the internet. I am free from that these days and feel pretty good about it. Orthodoxy=love. So, blessings and thanks for taking time out of your day to interact with me.

as soon as I saw this thread I knew it would be a shitshow...lol...I actually think the most rabid and dogmatic believers are non-believers...They want to argue their position from a position of arrogance in their belief of intellectual and emotional superiority. I'm not attacking anyone if it might seem so. God gave us free will after all. I just wish people would take the time to consider the possibility. I'm not a good person..I have violated about everyone of the 10 commandments repeatedly. I know better yet do it anyway. However-I'm not worried about it. I have been saved and repented but I've also backslid. I will be judged for that one day as well. But to turn your face from him...sorry...can't do it. You can laugh at me and call me stupid...that's fine....I'm gonna say do you brother and pray you find what I have found. Salvation is free for the taking. About the only thing in this world that is free. God is real...Jesus is real...I had a discussion with Donnie once and I told him what I was taught...Hate the sin yet love the sinner...that is where modern Christianity has screwed up. (by not doing that and judging everyone) That is how Christianity has alienated people. Also much has been lost in translation...I actually think Christianity should probably be more militant. Turn the other cheek and the meek shall inherit the earth have a different meaning than what we have traditionally been taught. Sorry for the rambling but I might be a little high right now....:rawk:
